Course outline:

Senior Leaders, DSLs, EDI leads, SENCOs This session will explore how organisations can use data more effectively to identify inequities, monitor progress, and drive meaningful inclusion strategies. Moving beyond surface-level analysis, the session will examine how qualitative and quantitative data can be used together to build a more accurate picture of need. It will support leaders and practitioners to ask the right questions of their data, avoid common pitfalls, and translate insights into targeted, impactful action that improves outcomes for all learners.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand how different types of data can be used to inform inclusive practice and decision-making
  • Recognise patterns and disparities that may indicate inequities within your setting
  • Identify practical approaches to using data to plan, implement, and evaluate inclusion strategies.
