Join us for an insightful seminar on the Equality Act 2010, where lawyers will guide you through the key aspects of the legislation, as well as the concept of reasonable adjustments. They will then demonstrate how to put it into practice in our schools. Danielle Francombe, Associate Solicitor

Danielle is an Associate Solicitor in Stone King’s independent schools’ team, advising independent schools and other education providers on education law and regulatory compliance. Her practice includes Equality Act 2010 issues, disability discrimination claims, admissions, SEND, exclusions, complaints, safeguarding and governance. Danielle supports clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice tailored to the education sector.

Adam McRae-Taylor, Senior Associate

Adam is a Senior Associate in Stone King’s independent schools’ team who specialises in education and employment law and advises on issues such as safeguarding, discrimination law, unfair dismissal, employee disciplinaries/grievances, SEND issues, parent complaints and data protection issues in schools.  He has also advised extensively on employee consultations regarding the Teachers’ Pension Scheme in recent years.  Adam is a regular speaker at independent school sector events including the HMC, ISBA, IAPS and BSA Conferences.  Adam is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association
