🏷️ £135-270
📍 Online

Course outline

This interactive training session equips educators with the knowledge and tools to recognise and reduce unconscious bias in everyday school practice. Participants will explore what unconscious bias is, how it develops, and how it shows up in classroom interactions, curriculum choices, behaviour expectations, and school culture. The session encourages reflection on personal assumptions and decision-making patterns. Educators will also develop practical strategies to minimise bias in teaching, assessment, and pastoral support.
