Course outline:

From September 2026, UK schools will be required to teach about incel culture as per the upcoming Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) guidance. In this context and in light of growing public awareness, this webinar will cover the manosphere, a broad network of online communities and influencers that shape young people’s beliefs about masculinity, gender, and relationships. The session explains the different subgroups within the manosphere, why teenage boys are drawn to this content, and how its narratives can appear in school environments. Delegates will learn to recognise early indicators of harmful or exclusionary gender beliefs, understand the needs that drive engagement with these spaces, and develop constructive, non-judgemental strategies for responding. By the end of the session,  delegates will be equipped to identify key manosphere narratives and support students through informed and empathetic conversations.
