In the world of diversity and inclusion, we often talk about ‘doing the work’. Part of this is to learn, keep updated with current practice and to challenge our preconceptions and the status quo.
IELA’s events and training offer afford members regular opportunities to progress their knowledge and understanding of concepts related to inclusion, equity, diversity and belonging. These events also allow members to share their own knowledge, best practice and ask questions of experts in the field.
We use an ever-growing network of expert speakers to deliver training, as well as bespoke advice to members.
