We know there is more to be done to level the playing field for women at work. This webinar will cover the many ways to ensure women and girls are celebrated and empowered in the workplace. It will focus on changes you can make to the foundations of your organisation including policies, ethos, systems and best practice to ensure you are providing equity for women at work.

Training topics will include:

• How to incorporate equity for women into your workplace
• Championing women as an organisation from the inside out
• Ensuring support is meaningful and not performative.
