Have you tried to create a culture of belonging in your setting and are still finding the same issues arise? This webinar is here to help you really understand the roots of what it takes to foster a genuine culture of belonging where everyone feels valued. It will discuss the fundamental values needed as well as helping you understand the core areas in your specific environment that need to be addressed to create a culture of care.

  • How to identify the core roots of belonging in your setting
  • The benefits to fostering a culture of care and belonging

Gaelle Sullivan, Director of Research, Inclusion and IELA

Gaelle is Director of Research, Inclusion and IELA and joined the BSA in January 2023. She is an experienced senior leader and has worked in a range of state and independent schools. She is a qualified SENCO and holds a Masters Degree in Inclusive Education. Prior to joining the BSA, Gaelle was Deputy Head Pastoral, DSL and Head of Boarding at an all-girls independent school in the South-East.
